Aliante

Aliante is North Las Vegas's master-planned community built around Aliante Golf Club, developed largely through the 2000s into a suburban, family-oriented neighborhood with community parks and a moderate HOA that's less restrictive than Summerlin or Anthem but still holds every property to a consistent design standard across the whole community, from the shared greenbelts down to individual front yards and driveways.
